Cathy Zatloukal
President & CEO
With almost 20 years of management and engineering experience in the telecommunications industry, Ms. Zatloukal brings a unique set of skills to her leadership position with MobileAccess Networks. She joined MobileAccess in 2000 as President, and led the company to its current position as a leading provider of converged wireless enterprise networks. Her performance with MobileAccess led her to be promoted to the CEO position in late 2003, where she now oversees all domestic and international activities.
Yehuda Holtzman
General Manager
Bringing extensive experience to MobileAccess Networks, Mr. Holtzman draws heavily on his background in designing wireless products to meet market demand. Prior to joining MobileAccess, Mr. Holtzman worked as product manager for DTI Inc. where he was responsible for all stages of product development from the initial market research to design process through product marketing.
Ofer Saban
Chief Technology Officer
Ofer Saban brings 13 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. Previously, Mr. Saban managed the Radio group in Millimetrix Broadband Networks for 3 years, designing radio heads and system SDH, PDH in 6GHz-38GHz frequencies for data backhauling at rates up to 622Mbps, graded carrier class. Most recently, Ofer has held the position of Director of R&D within MobileAccess, leading the HW Group. Mr. Saban holds an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering and a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering.
Michael Southworth
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Southworth recently served as Chief Financial Officer for the Metro Optical Networking Group at Lucent Technologies. Prior to Lucent, he worked as Corporate Controller for Chromatis Networks and Group Controller for the European based The X-Stream Network. Michael began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he managed client service engagements including audits, public stock offerings, reorganizations, and acquisitions as well as instructed seminars for start-up companies. Mr. Southworth holds a B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
Jeff Kunst
Vice President of Marketing
Mr. Kunst brings over 15 years of telecommunications experience to MobileAccess Networks. Mr. Kunst was Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Lucent's metroMSX product family. The metroMSX platform was developed by Chromatis Networks where Mr. Kunst, as Director of Product Management, was instrumental in the acquisition of Chromatis for $4.75B. He has also held senior technical and marketing positions at Newbridge Networks, Hughes Networks Systems and the U.S. Coast Guard.
Bill Cune
Vice President of Sales
With 14 years of experience in engineering, and seven years in sales and marketing, Mr. Cune brings a unique understanding of the in-building wireless marketplace to MobileAccess Networks. As the VP of Sales, he is responsible for the cultivation and development of relationships with key service providers, enterprises, and government agencies responsible for in-building wireless enhancement. Mr. Cune worked with Hughes Network Systems as a Marketing Director, Latin-America, and Hughes Electronics/Raytheon for four years as a lobbyist.
Amir Dorner
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Dorner brings over 10 years of management experience to MobileAccess. Most recently, he has served as the Director of Operations at Tdsoft Communications, a Voice over IP gateway provider to carriers. Prior to Tdsoft, Mr. Dorner served as Supply Chain and Engineering Manager at Be-Connected, a provider of integrated multi-service access platform solutions.
Isaac Shapira
Vice President of R&D
Mr. Shapira brings 20 years of management experience to the MobileAccess team. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Shapira served as the Vice President of R&D with RadioTel, a leading innovator of wireless networks where he drove the technical development divisions, which included the engineering of a multidiscipline network incorporating RF, digital baseband and network management. Mr. Shapira also served as a Senior Engineer and Manager with several high-tech companies and was instrumental in the development of DSP and algorithm engineering.
